Bodley Construction Limited (BCL) is an Auckland commercial and industrial main contractor delivering $10–20M projects for developers, property funds and industrial occupiers.
Our established family business brings together construction knowledge from two Bodley family companies. Keystone Construction Ltd and Bodley Brothers Ltd were combined in 2011 to form BCL, and today we focus on mid-scale commercial and industrial construction where programme certainty and coordination control matter most.
By keeping critical civil, drainage, pavement and building interfaces in-house, we reduce the coordination risk and delays that typically arise when multiple subcontractors work across the same site.
